Canon BJC-620 Printing Problems
Pencil
There is a problem with Draw 6 and the Canon BJC-620 printer where with certain layouts, the text does not print properly on the page.

What you have to do to resolve this problem is go to the Canon web site and get the raster driver for the Canon 620, then uninstall the Windows Printing System, and install the raster driver thru the printers control panel.  (You cannot leave them both installed according to Canon Tech support.)

You WILL lose the audio and visual messages for printer errors, low ink, etc.  You will NOT lose the ability to change DPI, halftoning, paper types, color intensity, etc. The print options interface is a little different, but I personally like it better.

You can get the raster driver from: http://www.ccsi.canon.com. Click software downloads, then click the link that says you have read and accept their license agreement, select your printer and download the raster driver for your operating system.  Unzip the file to a temporary folder and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file.

To uninstall the Windows Printing System, go to Start -> Programs -> Windows Printing System, and choose the uninstall option.

If you need help other than what I have given in this note, please call or send e-mail to Canon.
